I referenced this issue in a different support thread but decided to make it's own support request.

I have followed the documentation for tick by tick configuration and I'm getting tick level data for what appears to be a month or two back from the current data but then I'm getting 1 second level data from that date backwards. I confirmed by looking at the edit data feature and looking at the individual data records. Recent historical data was open price as 0 and only 1 trade per record, older historical data is the traditional OHLC and has multiple trades per data record.

My trade service is CQG fix through AMP. Thanks in advance for helping me get this straightened out, I need tick level data for maximum accuracy.

Does it have anything to do with SC data showing not enabled? I have package 3 through AMP, it's my understanding that package 3 gets tick level historical data, please confirm.

This is a limitation of service package 3 where the historical Intraday data for expired futures contracts has a minimum time unit of 1 second. You will need service package 5.

The current CQG documentation does explain that but we will make it more clear.
