Sierra Chart Real-Time Data for 10 Symbols

the real-time is working for the 10 symbols, but anything else I open is not getting updated by my IB trading platform. Is this functioning correctly? If so, then I am only able to have 10 symbols open and updating at anytime. I welcome the choice on the amount of sc real-time symbols, but restricting me to only 10 symbols is concerning.

thank you, but the 10 symbols is enough for your service, but it would be helpful for you to address my question why I am now restricted to having only ten symbols updating real-time.

You have activated the Full CME Group exchange fee. This means that when using any CME symbol, the market data request will go to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You have only paid for 10 real-time symbols on that data feed. This is why you have the limitation. Non-CME symbols are not affected. Yes the Interactive Brokers data feed will be used for non-CME symbols. This is with certainty.

yes, and I just wanted to be clear sc only works for those 10 futures symbols while eleven and above, these futures symbols will have no chance of being updated by my trading platform IB. Will this remain so, or is there the possibility the software will be able to accommodate the real-time data from the trading platform for the eleventh and above futures symbols?

The solution to this is to go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Uncheck Overwrite Existing Settings When Automatically Updating from the Server. For any CME symbol that you want to get market data for from your trading service instead, then clear the Additional 2 >> SC Data Service Code for that symbol.
