Hi, I'm a relatively new user to Sierra. I'm looking to overlay the NYSE TICK on my 6 tick renko chart for the ES. As you can see from the image attached there's gaps in the data. I'm sure i'm overlooking something small - I have played around with the settings. NYSE TICK chart is set to 30 seconds. Any suggestions, please? I have used Market Delta in the past and I was able to overlay the TICK and Advance / Decline with no gaps or issues. Thanks, Tom http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1488111458625.png |

Since the destination chart is a Renko chart, you need to use a different overlay study. Refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SCMarketStatistics.php#Overlaying We added a new paragraph describing this. However, in the case where you want to overlay a market statistics chart to a chart with variable timeframe bars (Number of Trades, Volume, Range, Reversal, Renko, Delta Volume, Price Change, Point and Figure bars), then use the Study Overlay - OHLC study instead. Set the chart bar period/timeframe in the market statistics chart to approximately 1/10 of the average time length of the variable timeframe bars in the destination chart. This is to create greatest accuracy with the overlaid destination chart bars.
