Market Depth Historical Graph with only the nearest bid ask for ES Futures

The Market Depth Historical Graph in my SCCharts only shows one row of Bid Ask Volume. Market Depth Window also shows only one row. I am in Package 5 and CME data. Pls advise on how I can fix it. Thanks.

You need to activate the CME Group exchange fee that includes market depth data.
