I have installed a second instance of Sierra Chart for my Topstep account. When opening, charts load fine but do not update when I have the first instance running. I am pretty sure I followed the setup instructions properly but clearly I have done something wrong. Please advise how to fix. Thanks in advance.

You need to disable Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
