I am having trouble downloading some of the symbols by using SC Data service. For instance I was able to download symbols such as ZS, ZL, GC,...but download failed for SI, PA, CC and others. I went through http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/HistoricalIntradayData.html#h7.1 but still I could not find the answer to my issue.

We have looked at the Message Log and this is one of the messages: HD Request # 13 | Error downloading historical Daily data for SIH17. Not downloading any data. Maximum downloads exceeded for the day. Limit: 2000 | 2017-02-16 23:05:33
