Using Sierra real-time data feed + Eurex with depth, and a CTS T4 FIX Simulation as a trading service for testing things out.
Both SC Data and CTS T4 FIX are configured to store the intraday data with a tick resolution.
The CTS connection is configured to use SC data. The chart shows the [M], see the attachment.
Using GG (Bund).

I have observed that there are two intraday data files downloaded in SierraChart\Data, with almost the same file size, but visually (ASCII / HEX) different content:

- GGZ16.scid 155,463,896 bytes, created when SC Data is the active service
- FGBL.20161200.E_BND.scid 155,402,616 bytes, created when CTS is the active service

The data for these files is actually supposed to be the same since for both of them the SC Data connection is being used and product is the same one.
Us there a reason for saving the data twice in this case? Isn't the data supposed to be identical, regardless of what trading service is being used as long as the data provider is the same?

There are two servers and they could have slightly different data. They should be the same though.

We will check on this over the weekend.

There will be two files because the symbols are different. So that makes sense.
