Bug in new version of sierra 1515 (sierra becoming unresponsive)

I tried downloading new version of sierra (1515) but sierra is becoming unresponsive and printing some weird prices on the charts (see screenshot). Not sure what's causing this as sierra is becoming unresponsive so can't even use this release. I'll have to try to download a previous version of sierra to continue using my charts. I hope this gets addressed asap. Thank you |

I am trying to add the horizontal profile which is supposed to be in 1510 but I can't find it! What's the reason why this is showing under change log for 1510 but can't find it under studies please?

We are working on one known problem with newer releases. And if that does not solve the issue we will figure out what the problem is. This is certainly a priority for us. if we need to get more information or a Chartbook from a user, we will do that. In regards to the new Horizontal Profile Draw Style, not sure why you do not see it in 1510. You will just need to wait until we resolve the problem with the newer versions. We apologize for the issue you have. A handful of users of had a freezing issue with the pre-releases of Sierra Chart. Most have not and we do not observe any problem ourselves. We have identified a couple of problems due to recent changes we have been working on and resolved to those. We would like you to try Prerelease 1516 when you can and let us know if you still have the same problem. If you do, we will look into the problem further. In regards to the unusual text on the chart you posted, we do not know what that is from and we do not know what studies you are using. That seems very unrelated to the problem that we are aware of.
