hi, im struggling to get accurate data for my sierra platform. for example my trading platform (tt) has correct data, prices and volumes but my sierra package isn't the same. please could you point me in the right direction to get this up to speed. many thanks

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1486466347618.png noticed on the chart and the numbers bars the volume is showing more volume than my trading platform, and price changes are behind. |

We see you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and are authorized for real-time EUREX data. You can definitely trust the volume data is accurate. There is no problem with that at all. You should also be receiving real-time data. How are you concluding that you are not? Look at the top line of the chart, and you will notice a time there.
