Hi, I've come from Trade Navigator. I'd like to be able to get boxes around inside bars (see first image attached from trade navigator). I've had some success being able to get sierra to output that its found an inside bar (via a study), but i haven't had any success getting this to be drawn on the chart how i was used to (see attached second image). Ideally I'd like a box drawn around the two bars that make the inside bar. I would certainly settle though for the fill top / fill bottom behaviour presented in the second image. The only problem with fill top / fill bottom behaviour is the coordinates for the left top and left bottom are taken from the last time the inside bar was drawn. Instead, i'd like to have the left top and left bottom be taken from the high and low of bar prior to the inside bar. Is there a way to 'reset' or program in the left top and left bottom coordinates of this fill area? Is there a box drawstyle which can grow around the inside bar and the bar prior to it? Displacement didn't work for me - it displaced as i expected, but didn't 'grow' around both bars. |
