Yes this was released yesterday evening. It is now functioning. It is a NASDAQ index. So you need to activate the NASDAQ indices exchange for real-time data. There is complete historical data. Why should they credit the two weeks? We want to be respectful, but there is no reasonable basis for this. You have multiple exchanges activated on this data feed and the data feed was working 99 percent to your requirements. And certainly no one is going to refund the exchange fee which has to be paid. just as a FYI: my needs were fullfilled to exactly 0% as i only needed BKX and it took them 2 weeks to get it working... not that i care abt the 3bucks but i do care about how this has been handled. and to be honest, i think BKX wasnt the only symbol which wasnt working... however, i dont know that, as - like i said - i was only trying to load up BKX. |
