data feed and symbol question

I noticed for emini snp 2017 March contract, the symbol was ESH17. And it became ES-201703-GLOBEX after I subscribed a trial version for real time data. This morning, for some reason, I did not have any real time data coming in and the symbol went back to be ESH17 after i refresh the data service. I checked the account and see my trial is not expired yet. What was showing in the chart is symbol not known. Could you help? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-01-20 20:38:43

The symbol ES-201703-GLOBEX is an Interactive Brokers symbol which you need to use when connected to Interactive Brokers. The ESH17 symbol is the standard symbol used by the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
