I have a home and an office trading setup. I want to copy my settings, charts, etc from my office computer to my home computer. I followed step by step the instructions in HELP TOPIC 15, but I cannot open my chartbooks on the home computer. The chartbooks appear in the Recent File List, but when I click on them, I get the following log message: Chartbook file not found: C:\SierraChart\Data\Trade Desk.cht | 2017-01-20 03:01:02 * When I go into File>Open Chartbook, my chartbooks do not appear at all. Select File >> Clear Recent File List. Since the references are old. If you do not see them when you select File >> Open Chartbook, then you must not have copied them into the Sierra Chart Data folder. Once again follow through the instructions in help topic 15: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
