Hello, I am having an issue with the tick size and price display format being incorrect for the 6M Mexican Peso futures. It is showing an extra 0 in the price format and increments by 2.5 ticks instead of 1. I have tried updating the symbols from the server and also performing a full reset. If I uncheck the box to auto-set from data feed, and manually change the values, it works just fine, but as soon as I check the box again, it changes back. Also, the symbol settings for the contract show it trading every month instead of HMUZ. I am using Gain/OEC data and when I check the OEC trader platform, it is showing the correct format and price. Is it possible that these wrong values are coming from the SC data feed and not the OEC feed? Thanks, |

We have corrected the symbol settings. Follow the instructions here to update the symbol settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings You will also need to follow these instructions to apply them to the chart: Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts Also the CME does list contracts for every month for this particular market. But we removed those because they are probably not looked at much. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I followed all instructions above. But, Mexican Peso (symbol F.US.MX6M17) tick size and sc multiplier are .000001 using CQG Fix Trading. Should they both be .00001 (one less zero)? Tried to trade the peso today and sc platform replied "insufficient margin" while there is plenty of money in account. Thanks!
