don't get intraday volume on stocks

I don't get my volume updated real time on my stock charts, when i open everything up each day the volume is accurate from yesterday, but as the day goes on and i am trading the chart prices and indicators update but not the volume https://froelibt.tinytake.com/sf/MTI0MzU3NV80NzA5MzM3 |

after following those instructions. how do i get the volume multiplier to stay at 100 in the sierra chart settings, i set it to 100 save it, and even if i pull back up the same stock i have to set it again. is there any whay to SAVE the 100 volume/open interest multiplier?
