The Advanced Package includes the TPO Profile Chart study and the Numbers Bars study. However, at this time there is a problem with the connection Sierra Chart uses to BitMEX. And live trading is not yet supported. The interface to BitMEX is handled by an outside developer and they are currently working on this. I bought a little too fast so. Do I have the real datas with simulated trading ? or it is a complete simulation ? If I have the real datas yes I would like it. |

We just asked BitMEX this question and they say the Testnet data is different. What we can do is issue you a credit for the usage time you paid for back to your Sierra Chart Services Balance and then you can use it when the BitMEX live trading is ready. I'm trying to find an another exchange until bitmex let us live trade. I'm already connected to bitfinex with sierra but I don't know how to be sure it is correctly linked btw the 2 accounts to live trade. For exemple I can't access to the DOM but I have datas with Market Depth Historical study (but by every 5$/btc hu?). I could create orders but it is really linked to the bitfinex account ? I have to admit it's my first time with cryptocurrencies. If you have an information about it, I'm on. Thank you. |

So for now traders can't trade at all crypto currencies with Sierra, ok. Why BitMEX itself told me Bitsouk is a partner ? So yes block me that I wil not pay again for nothing. I'm a bit bored by all the dev teams speaking a bit too fast (not you, bitmex I mean) when money is involved. We know who the developer is. And we are not suspicious of them. Live trading through BitMEX is not ready and they confirmed that yesterday. We do not personally know the status of the Bitfinex integration. We have not done any testing ourselves of that. We have tested BitMEX and all of the tests passed. Not totally sure what BitMEX said to you but live trading is not yet supported and the simulation prices are different than the live prices.
