Chart stops updating and locks

MY ES charts - both 2 minute and 6 minute today locked at a price of 2236. Current price is 2252. When this happens I cannot trade. This has happened two times in the last three weeks. Closing Sierra, restarting, rebooting dose not solve the problem. Previous occurrences only resolved themselves when the current price traversed past the locked price. This is urgent as I am now unable to trade. Screen shot enclosed. Help please. |

When you say "locks" do you mean Sierra Chart freezes and cannot be interacted with? The chart prices are locked at ES 2246. Currently trading at 2242. I have deleted the F.US.EPH17 two times and then restarted Sierra The charts reload and for a moment show the correct 2252 price, then revert to the 2246 outdated price and then do not update Scrolling the data back as instructed above does not fix it either. Help please |

I have another F.US.EPH17 chart - 18 min with only a few studies. It shows the correct 2252 price. I have not added any new or modified studies since 1000 EDT. How to fix this? |

Charts corrected to accurate 2252 price at trading restart at 1800. I did nothing. I have no idea what is causing this problem. Virus is disabled The same problem has now occurred 3 times. Any useful ideas appreciated. thanks |
