ES futures continous symbol not providing correct data.

Hello. I trade ES futures. I am using continuous contract symbol I.e. ES. I am using TD Ameritrade trading service. In TD Ameritrade /ES is the symbol for continuous ES contract. Now when I use continuous contract its not loading my historical charts and data. But when I use symbol ESH17 then it loads all my data and historical charts. Why is that? Because I want to use symbol ES instead of ESH17. Reason being I want to use Relative Volume and it shows correct Relative volume only If I use continuous ES contract. Please help me in this. Thanks

ES is a stock symbol.

You need to use the proper futures symbol which is: ESH17

Hello,

Can you please give me extension for 2 weeks trial for my Sierra chart platform. I wanted to try Volume Profile. Today is my last day of platform service. It will expire by end of the day. Right now I don't have volume profile feature. Thank You

Hello,

Currently I am using Sierra charts on my old laptop. I just recently replaced my old laptop with new one. Now when I open Sierra Charts on my new laptop I cannot see all my saved charts and data. How should I Backup my Charts and Restore to my new laptop? Can you please send me the steps to do that.
