Process of Changing to New Spreadsheets

I have seen the recommendation that a separate installation be set to new spreadsheets and changes be made as time permits. Is it OK for them to share the same data folder? In the event of conflict, perhaps that could be on the condition that only 1 installation is run at a time? With just one installation having a data folder 66 Gb in size (33 Gb on disk), I'm afraid I might run out of disk space if I have to duplicate. |

We would not recommend them sharing the same data folder. But if only one installation is run at a time, this probably would be OK. If there any problems though, this is your responsibility.
