Installed software, followed instructions on 3.4 - Not receiving real-time data. My current quote window contains all zeros and is not updating. The historical data loads. Log shows: HD Request # 2 | Received 381 records from 2016-12-01 16:59:59 to 2016-12-01 18:02:06 (62.1 minutes) and wrote 377 records for ESZ16 | 2016-12-01 18:12:04 HD Request # 2 | Intraday download COMPLETE for ESZ16. Completion time: 0s. Unique request ID: 1 | 2016-12-01 18:12:04 Removed historical data download ID 1 | 2016-12-01 18:12:04 Real-time Intraday chart data file updates started for ESZ16 | 2016-12-01 18:12:04 Intraday chart data file opened for ESZ16 | 2016-12-01 18:12:04 I am seeing a connection to DF:2 ST:1 in the control bar. I am not seeing "Con:" next to the symbol in the title bar. Attached a snippet of the title bar. Not sure what I am missing, appreciate any guidance. |
