Why doesn't my VbP fill all TPO profiles?

For some reason the VbP Study is only filling in the one or two TPO profiles at the leftmost side of my screen. Any ideas why it's doing this? Thanks.

The first is set to NO. And the second is set to Based on TPO Chart.

OK we finally found the chart. We reset the scale with Chart >> Reset Scales because at the time we looked at it, we could not see anything. This is what we see: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1479935806815.png We recommend re-downloading the data in the chart in case there is missing volume data which would seem unusual though. Okay, so... sorry, I don't understand what the solution is exactly. I reset the scales and re-downloaded all data but I'm still not getting the VbP except on the TPO profiles on the far left of the screen. Thanks.

Okay... when I clicked Reset barsize/spacing/scale - I got what you got. Is there any way to make the numbers smaller on trade volume on the VbP? What about font color of the volume numbers?

As engineers of the program, we do not know what would have led to that. We could not reproduce. when I clicked Reset barsize/spacing/scale - I got what you got. This is good but we are not sure why this happened to begin with.
