An order was filled and the position still shows open and changes with price in the trade activity log. however I had to go into RTrader to flatten the position as Sierra hung and stopped working. when I rebooted my PC my order was not showing on the DOM but my position was still open so i closed it in RTrader. Still if I go into Sierra Trade Activity Log the position is still open even though I went into the Trade Orders and Open Positions and flattened everything. How do i reset this? |

also when i ask the program to show me filled orders it does not show them on the chart anymore...

Not Sierra Chart. For more information about the problems like these, refer to help topic 76:Sierra Chart Does not Support External Service API Components Anyway, we updated the Rithmic bridge program to use the latest Rithmic API which should have this resolved from what we understand.
