Good day Support, My SC CME data feed is no longer updating in real time. I have tried all the usual things like delete download, turn off and on etc but no joy. All other exchanges I subscribe to are fine http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1479404317241.png |

This is because you have not connected Sierra Chart to your trading account. You need to do that at least once a month to get the CME data in real-time.
