Dear all, please see the attached print screen of my Sierra chart and IB Market depth table. As you can see on the IB side i can see more ask/bin options. Is that some kind of settings in Sierra chart, that i could have changed in the past and make this difference? Thank you very much for your help. |

Therefore, Trader Workstation is not providing any market depth data to Sierra Chart for that particular symbol. You will need to contact Interactive Brokers about this. Hello again. i Have made change inside the Sierra chart by the steps provided (I Cleared Out Of Order Market Depth Data to False) and right now futures seems to be up to date and correct with IB, but SPY doesnt show that correctly at all. (prtscn provided) Could be then issue on IB side that you mentioned and i should contact them accordingly? Also message log is attached. Thank you very much for your help. Regards |

In our experience Trader Workstation does not provide market depth data for stocks. This is not going to work. It is pointless to ask Interactive Brokers about this.
