There is no reason to be suppressing the order IDs. There is nothing private about that information at all. And it makes it harder for us to understand the information. You need to ask TD Ameritrade about this: Your order(s) can't be placed. The total quantity of outstanding open sell order(s) exceeds the quantity you hold
