Hello, my trial is ending today and i would like to enable service package 5. I have activated all data feeds in IB so i will no longer need any data services from sierra charts, right? so it is asking me to add $46 dollars of credit, but the service package 5 is only $36 dollars a month, correct? Please let me know what I need to do then because my trial is going to expire today at midnight. I don't think i need any data packages from sierra since i pay for all my data with interactive brokers, correct? Just let me know if have anything wrong and i will add credit as soon as i know how much everything will cost, which i believe will be $36 dollars thank you for the great support you guys provide Brad Froelich |

Yes.Your account does not expire until 2016-12-12. We are canceling the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account. I don't think i need any data packages from sierra since i pay for all my data with interactive brokers, correct? This is correct if you want to use the Interactive Brokers data feed and whether you are subscribed to that data or not, we do not know.

sorry i know you guys hate data questions, but i don't need the sierra charts real time data connection for $35 dollars if i'm getting my data from interactive brokers, correct?
