Missing miniNikkei data from 10 November: 9am to 10:15am

See attached chart.

Times are local Tokyo (USA ET is 14 hours behind).

The day session for 10th November [corrected from October] starts 8.45am Tokyo time with actual market trading from 9:00am. Data is only appearing from 10:15am.

Have checked directly via web browser with my CQG credentials at CQG Mobile and the chart on that site is showing data correctly ie populated from 9am through 10:15.

Have tried Edit > Delete All Data and Download (for current front month) and that had no effect.

Why is there data at CQG mobile for nikkeimini?

Just read your title of the thread, you mentioned 10 Nov. So not sure which day are you referring to.
I have no problem with 10 Nov data though.

Thanks, corrected paragraph to say November.

Not sure what you mean about CQG Mobile/Browser? Why would there not be data there? You can trade any instrument you are subscribed to directly on the CQG Mobile/Browser platform. Great for disaster recovery - if your PC craps out just login to CQG on your phone and manage your positions.

Have you specifically got 10 November data for 9am to 10:15am Tokyo time?

Ignore the CQG mobile i mentioned. I thought you can see data for 10 Oct on CQG mobile.

Here is the 1-min chart I have for 10 Nov 845am onwards. Tokyo (+9 JST)

Re post #7 - followed all the steps, but that has not fixed the missing data.

It has now gone past 9:00am on the 11th in Tokyo and data for the 11th is populating correctly (at least that means Symbol and session times are not the issue - which I didn't think they were given data has populated correctly every other day).

You must not have followed through the steps. The data absolutely is there. Follow through the instructions again:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

Including updating the Symbol Settings.
