Sierra fails to connect to OEC

Hi, I've just started a new chart package and trying to connect my Gain Capital feed (OEC via s5). I've enabled the data for Sierra on my s5 portal, input all the required info, but it won't connect. Pls advise. Kind regards Tony Gwynne |
