I setup a standard Volume by Price study on a chart, then in the Alerts Tab assign a simple alert (i.e. =1), check the Enabled box, and ok everything. If I then reset the chart timeframe from say 5 minute to 10 minute, then my Volume by Price study disappears. It's still there, it just doesn't show on the chart. I've found a work-around to make it visible again simply by drawing another VbP study on the chart and deleting it again. This makes the original VbP study visible again. This behaviour doesn't seem correct? I am using Sierra Chart Version 1473 running on Windows 7 (64bit).

Thanks

At the time you have this problem, provide a Chartbook containing a single chart with this particular chart. Follow the instructions here:

Please find a chart book attached as requested.
To replicate the issue, simply change the timeframe of the chart - I usually just click in the chart, type in 10 for example and hit return.
After the chart recalculates, the study vanishes. It's still there (you can access it's properties), but it's not visible on screen.

Thanks

Just want to check if there's been any progress with this, or if anymore information is required?

Thanks
