Hi, so for the last several months now my data service package 3 has been getting cheaper due to a change in your pricing structure. Which is awesome and highly appreciated, not often are you rewarded out of no where for using a service long term or regardless. But this month the rate is calling for an increase from $17 to $18.63. So just wondering what that is about. It still says that I am accumulating a monthly discount so just not sure why it would go up? The message for the discount says this: Your Account is enabled for the Long Term User Discount. Usage Time is discounted by 25.5%. For every month of usage time purchased in the past, you get a discount of 1.5%. The Maximum discount is 36% Thanks! |
