Can this option in the right click interface snap a horizontal line to the high or low of the bar? The documentation http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Tools.html#SnapHighLow refers to a start or endpoint of a drawing of which a horizontal line has none, that is why I am asking.
