background bar study for a non time based chart (volume or tick chart)

Quick question. I am looking for a background bar based on time that would show up on a volume chart. In custom studies there is a BackgroundBars study which works great on time based chart. For example 5min background bar on a 1min chart. Unfortunately that does not work on non time based chart (volume/tick chart). Is is possible to get it working, for example 1min or 5min background bar on a volume/tick based chart? Or is there any other study I have yet to find that would do the trick please? Sierra Chart is a very awesome product as I am slowly learning the ropes! Great job! Thank you! |
