I have data streaming. My account is set to CQG Web/API. My broker is Irontrader. They told me that they don't deal directly with Sierra Charts and that I need to contact Sierra Charts directly. When I open the trading window on my chart, it will only let me trade a simulated chart. My broker says that I should be able to trade the Dow Jones e-mini with the funds I have in my account. What is going on?

Sierra Chart - Max - Posts: 5778
For safety by default Trade Simulation is used. To disable Trade Simulation, uncheck Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode. Please refer to the documentation here: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes Sierra Chart Support
