Yes actually that does make sense and we did not give the complete instructions. You need to re-download the data for all contract months in the chart. I had already tried that. What was interesting is the symbol list; the data that worked was under the symbol KE-201612=ECBOT-USD-5000, and the bad data was under the abbreviated symbol KE*** (see attached)

Did y'all use the IB data feed to create that chart? I deleted all daily data files like the instructions said and still getting bad data. The historical data comes from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. And we tested when connected to Interactive Brokers. This is not really making any sense. You simply should not have any problem like this if the correct files were deleted or the data was re-downloaded. It is best we look at this using remote assistance.
