I have been away for a long time and would like to start trading again. I paid up my account which said I owed $18. I need data and sierra charts. I did not receive a confirmation that I am paid up. I paid the $18 plus $25 for backup. Please advise Thank you RC Johnsen

We do see the payment attempts for 18 and 25, but they did not go through and apparently they were declined.
