In attempting a BUY trade on the Sierra Chart DOM data connected to TD AMERITRADE the buy order is executed but the trailing stop and target a lost. When questioned TD tells me that Sierra did not transmit the ATTACHED oco AND THEREFORE CANNOT EXECUTE WHEN THE CONDITIONS ARE MET? What good is the data flow in placing orders if they are not completely placed. Obviously I can still use the charts but not the trading PLATFORM. I TRADE FUTURES WITH amp AND HAVE NO SUCH PROBLEMS. trades AND ATTACHED oco ORDERS ARE RECIEVED AND ACTIVATED WHEN HIT. wHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS? Fred |
