chart dom and depth history

Hi,

my chart dom is not showing depth levels and the update of the market depth histroical graph is very slow - i am watching against my tt and it is many seconds behind. How can I fix these issues?

This could be a data feed issue which we have no control over.

Or it could be a time stamping problem. Make sure your computer's clock is correct:
