Hello,
I have updated SC to current version today. Apart from the fact that it changed settings of all my charts to "Historical Chart" data type, it also totally misplaced my charts with numbers bars.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, there are four price levels on the right axis, while the footprint shows only high and low of the bar (5 mins). The same happened to volume profile (not on the screenshot).

Could you please point me to the right direction of how to make it work again?

Thanks and regards,
Hana

We need to look into why this is happening but the problem is Chart >> Chart Settings >> Volume at Price Multiplier is not set correctly.

Thanks a lot. However, it has not solved the problem with volume profile. It still shows volume for several price levels in one horizontal volume bar.
Thanks,
Hana

Thanks again. I found it - the settings of my VP also changed to a wrong number.
No need to reply any more.

We have determined the original problem with the Intraday charts changing to Historical charts. This is going to be resolved in 1467 which we are releasing now.

Hello, I had exactly the same problems described here. All my charts went to historical ones, what a mess! I have HUNDREDS of them ...
Volume profiles also stopped working but following the solution up above, "We need to look into why this is happening but the problem is Chart >> Chart Settings >> Volume at Price Multiplier is not set correctly. ", and setting it to 1 made all VPs start working normally again.

My best regards,

Tim

Let us know if you need more help.

You can change the chart back to an Intraday chart through Chart >> Chart Settings.
