I have recently installed the latest build of SC and I am uing the CQG Fix connection, however I am unable to see my balance on the Trade Orders and Positions window. Can you please help me?

Nothing has changed in regards to this and it is not something that we can control.

Wait until Monday to see if you can see the account balance data at that time.
