Hi I used to get historical data for Crude oil (CL) but it won't load anything more recent than the 20th May 2016. I have an FXCM account and so use the SC Forex Data(FXCM) feed. I notice I have he same issue now on the S&P500. Has the historical data support stopped or am I doing something wrong. I still see up-to-date data for Gold and all the FX pairs? Thanks |

Hi I don't have the option to choose SC Data All Services. I only have SC Forex Data or SC Historical Data? So I am unable to follow your instructions? |

This means you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. If you do not have a dependency on Old Spreadsheets, then update: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Otherwise, install another copy of Sierra Chart in a different folder and set it to use SC Data - All Services.
