Control Bar Customization Restore to default

I foolishly deleted all the radio buttons on my 2nd control bar. Now, the bar won't show up at all as there are no radio buttons. Therefore, I can't right click it to edit or restore it to default. How do I get the control bar back? Thank you, Nikki |
