Ask/Bid Volume Difference Bars working inconsistently

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1474480431668.png 2 identical chart types same symbol same time bars just one study in both i.e. above and they both exhibit different data. see image attached. The one on right is bad and will not change much. PLEASE HELP. |
