Cannot amend attached orders placed through LMAX web platform.

Hi, I am unable to modify orders that I placed through LMAX. For example, using the LMAX web-platform, I placed a market order to buy and with a profit target and stop point. Once the market order is filled, the profit target and stop order appear on Sierra Chart. However, I am not able to modify the stop and limit order. I get this message" Order cancellation failed | LMAX Live Trading - DTC order update (Order cancel reject). Exchange ID: AAJN3gAAAAMESaXi. Info: Order cancellation failed | Order cancel reject. Text: ORDER_CANNOT_BE_CANCELLED. Internal Order ID: 212. Service Order ID: 20863. Symbol: XTIUSD | 2016-09-21 08:39:25 * Is this normal? Thanks |

We were not aware of this but clearly if the order cannot be canceled through Sierra Chart, then it cannot be. LMAX will be best able to answer this question.
