its not a problem with gain capital I downloaded the new version with sierra and after that I cant get data on sierra charts I called gain capital to check and they said my acct is enabled and all looks good from their side |

I called gain capital and they checked my account is enabled and they don't see a problem with my connection the problem has started after I downloaded the latest verison of sierra |

The problem has absolutely nothing to do with the latest version. Understand that. We know what we are talking about here. We are multiple times the more knowledgeable than anyone you are talking to aat Gain Capital. It is very concerning that they cannot tell you why you cannot connect to their system. They should know exactly the reason for this. What is your Gain Capital username? We have to contact Gain Capital about this for you. It could also be someone else is using your Gain Capital account.
