Daily Historical Chart - High & Low issue

On the Daily Historical Chart, the High / Low of a last bar is the same as the High / Low of a previous bar. See attached pics. The Delete and Downlaad Data do not help. This issue occurs for several days except Monday. The Time Zone is set to London (+0 GMT/+1 BST). |

We think the primary reason for this problem is TransAct is not resetting the daily values soon enough. Or maybe not at all. This issue does not occur if i close the Sierra Chart (File --> Exit) during or after a break in trading these contracts. I do not close the SC because of a loss my drawings that are drawn by the Time and Sales data. |

Yes that would make sense but all you have to do is reconnect to the data feed as the documentation explains.
