Clicking get spreads on CL future spread and nothing is happening

Hi. I am trying to pull up a chart (delayed data) of crude oil CL exchange traded calender spreads. If I click FS - find symbol, then go to future spreads CME, click on CL then click on get spreads nothing happens. Can you help? Thanks |

As an update I am able to produce bar charts of exchange traded spreads by typing in the symbol manually. I still do not get a list of the spreads available when I click 'get spreads' in the find symbol box.
