Hi, I have a question about automated trading via spreadsheet: Suppose that there is a setup valid for three timeframes, eg. one, two and three-minute chart. What would be the best way to use spreadsheet system to trade these signals automatically on three timeframes simultaneously ? I am thinking of setting up three charts for the same futures contract, and then link a spreadsheet to each chart, that is, treating them as three independent trading systems. Of course, opening or closing a position on one timeframe would affect the position on the other two as well. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks ! The most reliable way to do this is to overlay all of the time frames onto a single chart by using the Study/Price Overlay study.
