missing data in FTSE100 futures

Symbol: Z-201609-ICEEU-GBP-1000 Seems like there are four years missing in the daily/weekly chart (1996-2000). I already tried updating the Symbol, re-downloading, etc. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1473154250183.png By the way I have another question about the Swiss Market Index. I can trade this index in my broker (IB). Symbol: SMI However I'm unable to find this symbol in Sierra Charts so I don't know how to load the chart. |

Not sure the data provider can provide data for those particular years for this futures contract. As long as there is data for at least 10-15 years, that is generally all there is an assurance of.
