Issue with a Live Rithmic user on Sierra

Hi,

I contacted Rithmic regarding a live user with connection issues. It looks like it is an issue with Sierra Charts. The data connection works on R Trader, but will not connect to Sierra Charts.

Can you get us the Message Log from this user after they try to connect to Rithmic.
