USDCAD Chart won't ever download

I have had issues for the last week or so with the USDCAD chart not ever loading. It will say the download is complete but then it just shows new candles constantly being added with no date associated. I have tried deleting the chart and adding over and over and it is always the same issue.

We ran several tests with this particular symbol and do not observe a problem ourselves.
